I just wanted to say thanks for your advice and for the links, which I shall be having a good read through.
I am spleenless due to rupturing this in a car accident so am fortunate in that respect. I will be seeing my thyroid consultant on Monday so will broach the subject there and if I get no-where, I'll have a chat with my GP but in the meantime I feel fine about taking a couple of tablets a day ....I can build up slowly.:rolleyes:
