Help from resolver please!!

I applied on here 8 months ago, and Ive escalated it more than 6 times, all I get are emails from resolver saying your case is still open do you want to escalate, do you know how I can get round this issue or who to contact on here, I cant seem to see any links, getting really frustrated now, I keep clicking the link keep my case open but that's all, HELP please :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Resolver does seem to have the odd issue with certain providers. Some people find it aids their complaint. Others find it hinders.

    Remember that the lender you are complaining to will deal with you directly. You should deal with them directly. So, if you want a status update, then contact that lender.

    Why have you been so patient? Eight months is far too long for an initial complaint!

    Forget about Resolver in these circumstances.

    You should write direct to the financial institution concerned.

    What's stopping you contacting the provider directly and complaining to them instead of using a third party website?

    Depends who you are using Resolver for, I tried with Plusnet and got no replies whatsoever .
