I've tried to email them via their contact form but the message won't send

update - tried again using and instead of & - it submitted so obviously & is a security risk - weird!!!

Make sure you only contain letters in it some punctuation causes that sometimes. Don't know if that will help but once I got the same error and I'd used an @ sign

Thanks Lord Percy - I tried removing all the punctuation then realised I had an '&' that was the problem!
