Please forgive me. I work hard, I'm tired most of the time and cannot get my head around this legal jargon..
I believe I have got a LBC from WH (I actually have 4 of them!)
It's different from others I have received, Instead of just single pieces of paper, I've been sent books. Has WH (ZZPS) re-written their letters to comply with the new PRE-ACTION CONDUCT AND PROTOCOLS?

for those who want to know: the car was parked for 8 months by the trader (Who I got the car from) while I was going through a small claims court claim because the trader refused to fix it. The trader shut his business and re-opened another to avoid paying
me.
I appreciate your patience!

You clearly were not the driver or the keeper so you have an absolute defence. To nip this in the bud, you should advise WH of the same but you will need to back it up with some evidence such as paperwork from the court about your claim. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. All I have is the court letters, do you think that will be enough?
I do believe the car was parked before the NTC signs were erected aswell.0

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

 LIVE as above
Fancy that, WH has complied with the new protocol
There is no logic to Wright Hassall, they are simply working
on the cheap, they class themselves as real solicitors but
all the solicitors I know would not get out of bed for such
 a poultry sum of money.
And the biggest clue is they might not win and you will win
All this effort for £90 odd pounds and a charge to the PPC.

There appears to be mistakes on their cover letter, there is two phone numbers and two e-mail address.
and only three out of the four are signed.
With the way its worded, are WH able to take me to court? Or is that still only possible by the Car Park Operator?0

WH will be representing the parking firm in court.
Just tell them the truth and based on what you have said you have a great defence. Just make sure you supply your evidence at this stage so that you are also complying with the rules. If you were not the driver write to the parking firm and tell them who was so they CANNOT hold you liable. The person who was driving the car is responsible so let them deal with it. Not you! Don’t let people with an agenda tell you otherwise.0

Really? They won’t even get out of bed for 90 quid. Where do you get your ideas from?WH will be representing the parking firm in court.
The only court case in which they have been directly involved in is the nurses in South Wales (a huge case in comparison to this one).
There is no evidence that WH have been involved in any run-of-the-mill private parking cases at county court level. They seem to value their reputation.
@ Ryan - You really must stop giving advice that is not backed by hard facts or real experience. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

You seem to be a bit confused.
Wait until some of the trusted experienced members
 on here reply to you

I'd draft a robust response to that. Yes they have sent you a pretty information pack, but:
 1. What are their allegations?
 2. Have they supplied the parking contract /complete terms?
 3. Have they supplied their parking contract to operate on site?
Ask for that and make clear in the letter that you have a complete defence to the claim and were neither the driver nor in possession of the vehicle. The claim is without merit and you invite them to discontinue.0
