    Yes one of the implants had leaked into my breast which then had to be removed.

    If your breast had to be removed then I would think you are in line for substantial compensation.
    I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.

    You want reclaim PPI for a loan you defaulted on? I work for a bank and have seen people try this for the bank to agree to repay the PPI but instead of pay the PPI to the customer they keep the cash to clear part of the unpaid loan.
