    Hi Guys, just an update.

    I contacted my leasing company about the CHARGE saying I will be dealing with this my self.

    they replied:

    [FONT=&quot]"We are the registered keepers of the vehicle so we may receive notification of this fine, if we do we will transfer liability to you. Please contact us if you need anything from us for your appeal."

  • Theres only 2 options on the online appeals page driver or keeper. I put keeper!

    They will reply after the New Year, and if they write asking who was driving, please don't even tell us about that letter...please.
