Hi Guys, just an update.

I contacted my leasing company about the CHARGE saying I will be dealing with this my self.

they replied:

"We are the registered keepers of the vehicle so we may receive notification of this fine, if we do we will transfer liability to you. Please contact us if you need anything from us for your appeal."

I'm guessing this is a good sign.

You’re the keeper. Not RK. You cannot be the RK.

What on earth made you think you should be date-watching this early? Reading threads would tell you it's up to 35 days.

They will reply after the New Year, and if they write asking who was driving, please don't even tell us about that letter...please.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top of this/any page where it says:
Forum Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Lady...

Not anger, but BEFORE POSTING do a simple bit of research. Saves you asking the same question over and over.
