Hi, Been a long time user of the site but never asked a question so apologises if I break any house rules or anything that I don't know about... I have recently completed a switch from HSBC to Halifax for the switching incentive. I used to bank switch guarantee and all of my direct debits have moved over and swapped…

Quick update - HSBC have accepted all blame and confirmed that to me in writing. They have told me they have contacted the credit agencies and made the necessary adjustments to remove any missed payments from my file - so seems all is good thanks for the help guys
