Very disappointed in myself this month...had a live beyond my means month courtesy of the plastic (I had 3 big birthdays, an engagement party and booked flights to visit a friend). Paid off what I'd spent which meant I only made a very small dent in my overall debt. Must try harder!Debt Free as of December 2020 👏

Went for it.
£100 paid directly to debt. Also paid £12 to debt saver as I had bought something using a 10% discount and £10 voucher so have recorded it in my spend diary as £20 and moved the saving to debt repayment.

Had a very up and down year. Although we're both employed i've had part time temporary contracts for the most part of it and hubby is self employed so i've not really been able to get to grips with our finances. Anyhoo i'm going to be working full time as of sept and hubby has just accepted a temporary contract (good money although temporary) so i feel i can eventually get a proper grip on things.
I'd like to pay £1111.23 by xmas please.

I did the 'make £10 a day in August' challenge and have just hit it with an hour to spare!! So a good boost to my total - not at the 66.66% I wanted at this point in the year, but that's OK, will keep going.
