#98 Checking in with my monthly update. Just been paid and have allocated another £500 to the debts this month:

As my cards are on 0% I'm paying just over the minimum and the rest into savings in an interest paying account so a grand total of £2565 has bitten the dust.

I've just corrected the totals as I'm confusing myself with what the balance on the cards is now and what it was. I have savings of £2300 which, with minimum payments made, leaves £5000 left to pay of an original £7565 = £2565 paid off.

I also received the bank switch fee of £150 (I had included in the figures but wanted to report it) :)

Hi, can I join please? Have recently graduated form Uni and have a total of £5633 over various credit cards and accounts, not including my overdraft as that is interest free for the next 2 years, and am gradually paying that off each month. All debts are on 0% apart from my AMEX card which is my main daily usage card and is paid of in full each month.

I am now working and picking up overtime shifts when able to so am aiming to make a decent dent in the debt this year, however we are in the process of buying a house so need to be realistic with my target. I aim to pay off this amount over the next 2 years.

    Thaaaaaaaanks :-)
Total debts £6471.03 / £6261 all currently on 0% interest
    Make £2018 in 2018 = £1010
    Focus on 1% challenge = £64.50

My £250 regular saver doesn't come out until the end of the month due to direct debit timing, but comes out of the pay I just received, so this month I will officially hit 50% debt paid, actually 51%.

I've calculated that at £350pm it will then be 14 paydays exactly if I continue paying at this rate. So DFD of June payday 2019. I will have savings at Christmas which would be more then my debt owed, but I think I will end up keeping it as my emergency fund and paying off the debt until June.
