Can I Claim

Over the last 15 + years I have had several bank accounts and off course loans with them but have no details or old documents , as as I changed I discarded the old paper work ...I have also had credit cards ..paid them off then moved on etc ...I have also had PPI on my mortgage since 1993 Plus I have also claimed on it ...I have been told I can claim for possible PPI on these accounts etc but with no details how do I do that ...I have seen ads which say they can trace PPI is this correct ....Can I ..I really use it if i can claim something back ..

You can't claim. But you can complain, if you have reason to believe you were mis sold.0
