TAXICODE will not refund

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING.Do no this bother with this service, you pay for the round trip in advance! If it goes wrong you can't get a refund! We were a party of 10 who were left stranded at midnight and the driver was not contactable only minutes after we were supposed to be picked up. Now we are trying to get our money back Taxicode refuse to deal with it and inform us to claim from the sub contractor who was booked for the journey, the taxi was booked and paid for with taxicode, not the company they employ to undertake the journey. Warning this is not clear cut as their is a 15 minute waiting limit, this I can accept, but when the sub contract company have stated 3 different times ranging between 15 and 20 minutes on when they left the pick up point, clearly states they are blatantly lying and have not followed there own rule. Absolutely terrible over priced unreliable service, Taxicode are quite happy to ta take your money but pass the buck when the contract has not been fulfilled. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT USE, use a local company you can physically see!

I think they are an absolute fake company .
My child was taken to hospital via a ambulance early around 3 am and I managed to cancel the taxi around 4am thinking poor man I don't want him to come for no reason.i have just been told I'm not receiving my money back which was taken from my card.
This is a disgrace. Please do not use them.
Horrid people
