BTW, can you freeze cream? Single cream? Double cream? How about sour cream? Buttermilk? Creme Fraisch? Those are the sorts of things I'd like to be able to freeze!
I froze single cream just last week and once it had defrosted it curdled and had to throw it, I should have looked on the side of the container, "not suitable for freezing", but I have frozen double cream and milk successfully, but not tried the others.
