Well done, and thanks for linking this thread in the ‘Complaints’ thread.

Go straight to the top as others have mentioned.

We have always advised emailing Christian Haertnagel MD as all too often CS just shoot you a fob-off template.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
