    MFiT-T4- reduce mortgage from 61000 to 40000
    2018 MFW no 17 : 8000/10100.00. 2019 MFW no 17: 2150/8000
    MFIT-T5-completely clear my £35000.00 mortgage

    No: 78 with £400 OP for April. Hoping to pay more before end of month as due some interest from savings but the car MOT is due mid month and tax at end of month so holding a bit back for those necessary evils.

    #110 reporting in with a total of £500 for this month. :j

    Have been doing my sums and if I can manage to keep up with £400 per month then I can hit my MF by 40 goal. Some determined squirrelling of cash is needed but it is just the safe side of doable.

    Hi, No. 30 with a rather late report of £500 for March. £10,724.48 plus interest still to go but under £400 left of the smallest subaccount. :) Maybe I'll be down to two subaccounts next time I post here? :)

    20.5 coupons used in 2020. 62.5 used in 2021. 94.5 remaining as of 21/3/22
