    Ooh, just checked our receipt and even Aldi is up to £1.09!
    How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.31% of current retirement "pot" (as at end March 2024)

    I'm sure 10 years ago we were paying £1.49 for four pints and that still felt a fair price. The supermarket price war has not been good for farmers.

    Buy the filtered milk then - it's slightly more expensive than standard pasteurised but lasts alot longer.

    it was £1.10 in the 2 Sainsbury's I visited last week.
