ParkingEye Parking Ticket Dagenham Premier Inn

Hi all
I'm new here and have been reading about a load of tickets and stories but still unsure what to do I recently stopped in the premier inn car park while waiting for someone I have been there many times but they only recently put parking restrictions in. I was there an hour in the evening and when I had gone back to see the restriction the sign at the entrance is blocked by a brick wall before turning in and too close in on the corner for anyone to see. Also where I had parked has no signage for me to know it had changed the restriction. I think a 100 pound for an hour is a bit steep when that is apparently the maximum amount some part of the association should give and then on there website says is my fine fair etc that 85 pound is fair for a 2 hour stay why have i got 100 quid one? and I think another might come through the door too as I went there again not knowing.
What should I do? I have the templates but don't know how to adjust them to my case or to even use them?
Any help is a big help

You don’t adjust the template, because no amount of adjustment will get you anywhere initially. Please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 more thoroughly then you will understand the game you have now entered. We can not reproduce the same information day after day - that’s why the newbies sticky was created.
ParkingEye are beatable at POPLA, but you’ll need to put in the work to beat them. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

hi, and welcome to the forum ....
the answer is 'you don't' send the template as is ... do not alter it ....
The appeal WILL be refused by ParkingLie .... the idea is to get the poplar code .... and win there ....
what where the dates for the dastardly deed ? and when did you receive the ParkingLie invoice ?

PE are litigious - but less so of late. If there are (eventually) 2 tickets, the odds narrow. Much will depend on whether Premier Inn, via their contract with PE, allow them to pursue their customers through the court.
But you’re asking us to speculate - this game is unpredictable, so it’s take each stage as it comes.
Have you complained to Premier Inn and asked them to cancel the ticket? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
