East midlands airport - help confused

Hi all, i booked online to park at east midlands airport in the early hours of tommorrow while im on holiday, now i was given a reference number, and i dont know what im supposed to do, am i supposed to have been given a specific location for parking, ive just tried to call but they closed at 4pm can any one help please??????????

Did you book with EMA direct, or one of the offsite car parks?

Did you do it through the East Midland Airport Website? If you did I believe you should have been given a reference number and instructions of which car park to go to. Once you get there you take a ticket and then when you return you go to the ticket office and quote your booking reference and they validate the ticket for you.

yes i think it was with east midlands, it was through a link from bmi baby website.

What is the email address on your confirmation? Does it not say on there? The EMA one will tell you which car park to use.
