General Competition and Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all competitions, prize draws, giveaways, votes and polls promoted in all media on any platform including (but not limited to) Social Media, Emails, Online and Mobile.
These general terms and conditions apply in addition to any specific terms and conditions which may be mentioned in any promotion of or messages about that competition, prize draw, vote or poll on any platform.
We recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the competition, prize draw, vote or poll.

1. All Competitions are open to people aged 18 and over.
2. Entrants shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter a competition.
4. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
5. No further entries will be permitted beyond the published closing date.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
8. The Promoter will judge the competition and decide on the winner, which will be picked at random from all complete entries.
9. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10. The winner must supply a postal address & email address to claim their prize. The winner must also provide their size selection details where appropriate.
11. The prize will be sent to the winner by post, to the address that they have provided. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any Prizes that are lost in the post.
12. Gift Voucher Prizes will be emailed and/or posted to the postal address/email address provided by the winners. The Promotor does not accept liability for vouchers that are not received.
13. Gift Voucher Prizes have a 90 day usage period, which begins on the date that the voucher is issued to the winner.
14. All prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
15. Prizes can not be returned or exchanged for an alternative size once the prize has been sent to the winner.
16. Prizes that are not redeemed for whatever reason remain the property of the Promoter. In case of a rejection of a Prize the Prize also falls to the Promoter.
17. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Promoter also further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

The winner consents to the use by the Promoter and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including social media and any websites hosted by the Promoter and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same
