Hi, First post (very nervous )... Been into Woolworths today (Sunday!)and got ds last years big xmas hit, Tickle Me Elmo TMX for £26, down from £34.99. (I've had a peek and it does look fun!:rotfl: (Good reviews on Amazon). They were also selling all their CARS (as in film) merchandise at 25% off. Don't know how long these offers are on for.....

Yeah, I also noticed they have 25% off Bratz, Fisher Price, Dr Who Toys, and Disney Cars.

The Be-Bratz.com toy (for the pc) is £18.60ish normally £24.99.

Thanks for the warm welcome sparky61, I'm sure I'll be very happy here - but I think I'm in danger of pre-xmas overspending, there's so many bargains to be found on these forums! ... Hope people manage to get their reduced priced Elmos at their local Woolies next week!

I got one last year for my daugther (15:rotfl: ) and it is soooo funny - we really haven't tired of watching him

I also got one for my 35yr old Best Friends Husband They both fight over who is going to switch him on - they say he's the best stress reliever they have ever had

Has anyone managed to get one at the special bargain price today? You can't even get them on ebay for this price! Woolies in Leamington Spa (where I got mine) has sold out..... Elmo has a 5 star rating from everybody on Amazon and a very high recommendation here (above). And no, I don't come from the Elmo Company or Woolies, honest!

You're right Babbler, they're already out, and on ebay at more than £25! There is also another one (Just how many are they going to bring out?!) called 'Elmo's Friend Ernie' which is also on ebay and also from the US (meaning extra high postage). I can't imagine what they would sound like as both these characters seem to have quite 'gruffly' voices - I think I'll wait till they come out on YouTube!! :rotfl: (4 MILLION+ have seen the Elmo one and that doesn't include those of us that have seen it from the above link)....
