Question - do I attach a copy of the NTK to show the non-compliant "within 28 days" wording or, given that the burden of proof is on the PCC to show that the NTK was issued correctly, does my appeal automatically succeed if they fail to provide a copy? I am thinking the latter......0 -

any practical advice on whether to include all these photos gratefully received:
on the one hand, the sign at the entrance is pretty small (particularly in comparison to the massive 'welcome' signs)
on the other, isn't it for the PCC to prove there even is a sign at the entrance??
also any thoughts on whether to include a copy of the NTK per my post 27 above.......0 -
