Energy Company offering Alarm and water leak monitoring

I am hoping someone can help me here, I read a while ago of an energy company that was offering a free alarm system and water leak detection monitoring with the package. It was not one of the big 6. I cannot remember where I read it, could have been on-line newspaper. I though I had book marked the page obviously not. Doh
I have tried to Google it using different phrases but nothing comes up.

If anyone has any information about the company or can point me in the right direction I would be very greatful, thank you in advance. :T

There is new such a thing as 'free'. If you find the offer, read the small print very carefully. For example, the offer may be linked to a requirement to have the alarm system checked/serviced annually etc at a cost to you. Does the annual servicing include replacement parts?

I dont know I cannot find it to see what the actual offer is thats the question I posted.

They offer water leak monitoring in the house and other sensors, just wish I could find it.
