One UU from last night:
The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter 90ml WDBA. I love this stuff, so nourishing and great. I love this stuff.
One little note about the Body Shop lotions is that the pump stops working when your nearing the end. Grr...0 -
I have a uu
Philip Kingsley Moisture Balance Conditioner 1L - this is nice although it does smell quite manly, have another in the stash this size but WMBA.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
Fashion on the Ration 28/660 -
One UU this morning:
La Roche Posay Hydreane Legere Moisturiser 40ml WDBA and have. Love this stuff, just a shame they've stopped selling it in the UK, well FeelUnique still has it for sale. Replaced with a new tube of it.0 -
I have been very bad recently with not using up much of anything but I cleared out 3 mascaras (open at least 6 months and potentially gone off), a few samples that had cracked. I was glad to have not purchased whatever it was.0

First UU of December:
Cowshed Grumpy Cow Shower Gel. WBA. Lovely wake up shower gel.Not buying unnecessary toiletries 2024 26/53 UU, 25 IN0 -
I agree with you about BnB. Have been using this for years. Some people have complained about the change in consistency and I do find with my current one that it keeps hitting hard pan and I have to use sellotape to remove it. They do last ages though. I have been sure that this will hit pan for ages but it keeps going. I too have a back up ready along with two other powders hence why I want to make an effort to get through some in 2018.
Ohh that's interesting re. the change in consistency - was there a formula change? My first B&B was a medium that my sister gave me, as it was too dark for her. It was too dark for me too most of the time, so I bought a fair from QVC - the one I've just finished! I noticed the fair was a lot softer than the medium, and I have to use a much softer rush with it. I always wondered if it was a different formula for different colors, or if it changed at some point?0 -
Bit of a pampering day for me - early prep for the big work party next Friday!
Gave myself a manicure and pedicure (nails now painted with Ciate fade to griege on fingers, and Barry M Raspberry on toes), and did a face mask, hair mask, and slathered myself in body lotionAnd had a couple of UUs!
- Garnier summer body lotion. WDBA - I hate fake tan; gradual tan lotions work much better for me on my pale skin. I just want something to stop my very pale legs looking blue in winter :rotfl:. This is my fave - easy to apply, doesn't smell much, and sinks in well.
- Toni&Guy Damage Repair mask. WDBA - love this, but always wait for an offer. Not quite as good as Elasticizer, but not far off - and a lot cheaper!
- L'Occitane Verbena shower gel mini. WNB - really lovely scent, but I have quite a few shower gels lined up, and if I ever did buy one, it'd be a cheapy from Aldi that I love...
- NB labs bio extracts serum mini. WNB - didn't notice any effects from it, or anything interesting about it at all.0 -
Finish 5:-
OPI Spare Me A French Quarter- am wearing this at the mo. Noticed that application is getting patchy.
Benefit Dallas blush. Am now picking up more product on my brush on application. Have decided for next year I want to rotate blush monthly in the hope of getting through some.
Tiger Balm. Have neglected this cos MRM complains about the smell. Think I'll apply it in the mornings before I leave for work.
Burst Bees lip balm. Again, I've neglected this and need to be more diligent.
PP List:-
L'Occitane Amber and Santal perfume - have Quarter of full size left
L'Occitane eye make up remover oil - sample size
Botanicals eye cream - tube is becoming difficult to squeeze
Lush Cup o Coffee - small tub and should be gone this month
Liz Earle body wash - 500ml bottle that has been on the go for too long. Want it gone.
Smashbox eyeshadow- still want to hit pan on it
Nivea deodorant
Boots nail polish remover
Aussie shampoo
Jessica Phenomal oil - need to be more diligent in looking after hands and cuticles.
Am off work for a few days. Am shopping today and will be going to LUSH for Dirty cream.
Some updates :
UU : OPI Spare me a French Quarter - tried applying last night and only got enough Polish out to paint 3 fingers in total so counting it as done. Wearing OPI Sending you Holiday Hugs which I think is a dupe for A Ruby for Rudolph that I used to love. Will be panning OPI minis in the New Year.
Dallas blush still hanging on. Have now started applying to the perimeter of my face in an attempt to use more.
Don't know whether to give up on the Tiger Balm.
Have made more of an effort with the lip balm now it's colder.
Exciting news though. I have the tiniest pin !!!!! of pan on my eyeshadow. Will keep it going til Christmas I think to get more progress but for this challenge it's done.
The next thing I'll finish I think is the nail polish remover. Only one application left I think.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

One UU from yesterday:
Soap & Glory Hand Food Hydrating Hand Cream 50ml WPNBA. It was nice but I'm so glad it's finished. Sometimes when I used it, it left my skin a bit itchy. Hm.. Now time to replace it with one from my stash.0 -
