Hi all, I tried to switch my Barclays basic account to the TSB £200 account offer but I was declined. Any idea why & what I can do about it?

Ok, I think i know why i was rejected. I told them I was unemployed, the actual truth is I am on ESA support group for a serious illness, but there was no option for this. Any ideas on what i can do?0
