A webcam for monitoring my dog?

Can anyone recommend a webcam that I can use at home to monitor my dog, on my tablet, when I'm out? Preferably one that doesn't need to be plugged into the mains when in use.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Bought this from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0758F5GZJ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
at cost of £31. Works with Android smartphone or Ipad - recommend as excellent value.0 -

I don't think its going to be easy to find one that does not require mains power. You can get power over ethernet cameras but I suspect that you want something really easy and wifi.
Both the suggestions above look decent however both require power - I think the PetCube does as it says on the spec page 'requires available power outlet'even though it kind of looks like a battery powered GoPro action camera
I bought a foscam branded camera from Amazon to keep an eye on my dog when he was a puppy and it worked perfectly fine once configured - I could even listen to and talk to the dog (didn't talk to him but I could have done!)
Hope this helps.0 -
As above, no mains maybe an issue. I have two Panasonic and one Samsung mains powered cameras in my home which also just happen to monitor my dog, via a brower or app.0
