i dont see that you have done anything wrong (you should not have to put up with the antisocial behaviour of your neighbour). I have lived in my house (mid terrace for a year) both my neigbours have lived there a few months longer. we all have diy chores to be done, i am very aware that to the left of me one of the inhabitants works shifts - and therefore i check before drilling that she is not sleeping, the other side have young children- and i make sure i dont do diy too late. its all give and take. the other day one of my niegbours apoligised as their diy project took longer than anticipated and they needed 1/2 hour beyond 7pm. not a problem as i say give and take!Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0
