ESA anyone had there payment today?

I should be getting my ESA payment today and its always gone into account by 2am but for some reason it has not yet.

so has anyone who should get there ESA today not got it?
if it is a DWP issue then how good are they at getting it paid if its a fault with them?

You'll need to ring them when they open to get your answer. If you're on assessment rate have you sent in your fit note? If it's their fault they can issue a same day payment.

I see you were recently put into the Support Group. If you still haven't got payment then as adviced above you'll need to ring DWP.

I got my backpay last Friday up to the 16th Nov and since i have been on ESA i have always got it on Thursday and in the letter i got about going into the support group it does not say anything about a change of payday.

i will ring them up at 8am but as its my 1st normal payday since being put in the support group i think someone has not pushed a button or something.

Being put into the Support Group won't change the payday, so I suspect you may be right about somebody not pushing a button somewhere.

Just called them and was shocked that it only took them a couple of minutes to answer but she said they found a problem yesterday with sending normal payment so it was done as a same day payment so that it will be in bank sometime today but could not say what kind of time as its depends on how long it takes my bank to send to my account.

We were always told simply to say that a same day payment would be in the account by midnight. In reality it normally hits the account within a couple of hours.
