Lloyd’s PPI Online Check Form

Can anyone tell me;
I completed an online form on Lloyd’s website which was to simply check if I had PPI. This was a seperate form from their online complaint form. I have since received a text message from Lloyd’s thanking me for my complaint. I have today received a complaint questionnaire in the post. Is this because following them checking my loan account they have found I did have PPI or just their standard process; so they’ve not actually checked and have sent a complaint questionnaire anyway?
