the problem OP is that posting a question behooves an answer, as it indicates you need help - and that is what the forum is for. But putting a trivial question in frustrates, as this is mostly a SELF help forum - not quite RTFM, but using google is hardly an expert level task!

To help out others that may be reading this thread, my friend has recently had a letter saying that the parking charge has been cancelled, based solely on the text in post #4 above (slightly re-ordered) - no need for a POPLA battle :-)

Easy with CEL and Highview, they almost always cancel when they see the template appeal!
