Sorry if this has been asked before
My mother has paid for a holiday by giving her credit card details as normal , but has received a payment receipt from Paypal ( she doesnt have a paypal account ).
Can anyone explain what is going on ? it is normal or is something dodgy going on ?

Paypal will have been used as the processor.

In all my years on the net I have never seen this before. Just being extra cautious when dealing with a company I have never heard of before0 -

I would wonder why they were using paypal, not the cheapest.
But there are plenty of big companies that accept paypal, so i assume it makes little difference.
Although there have been threads where claiming money back from a credit card after using ebay or other purchases using paypal. If a business use Paypal as their main bank is there a difference?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
