    Same. I contacted them and they said there was no evidence of my order on their system, so I should order again. I did, but I had to use another email address because my email address was already on their system.. of course. 3-5 working days to arrive, supposedly. I'm not holding my breath.

    It appears they literally can't pay me to use their service.

    Still not received the second one I ordered on the 17th, or the first one I ordered on the 9th, of course. I messaged them on Twitter to see if it was actually ever sent out. They say it was and should've been with me by now. I wonder if the postal workers are pocketing these £10 sims!
