Barclays Online Banking Problem

When I'm on step 2 of logging in and have typed in the Pinsentry code, the 'log in to online banking' button simply doesn't respond - as if it's not even a clickable link. Because of this, I can't log in. Hope someone can help!

Can you not set it up to use a pass code and memorable word? This is the method I use....not even sure where my pin sentry is. Or....use the app, much quicker.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0
