Not fit for purpose in what way? Who are these manufacturer approved technicians?
What turn of events caused them to inspect your vehicle?
If the vehicle really has all the issues you claim then its going to be a big bonus for you that they are only dealing by letter/email. Easy to prove whats been agreed then.
You have your report from manufacturer approved technicians so what can they refute? Unless you do not have a report thats unbiased?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

If things start not to go your way ask for an independent inspection where you will get a written report.
I would suggest that you do not give them a chance to fix the faults and state this to them in writing.0 -
Your in a weak position if the garage disputes it as the bodyshop that have made these claims aren't willing to offer a written report so you have no real evidence of the faults0
