I lost my bank card

in Benefits & tax credits
.. and I got a new one, do I need to inform ESA that I have a new card or can they put it into my account even if I have lost my old card and have a new one?

    No, as long as it's the same bank account it'll be fine. They don't need to know your card number.
    Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
