Looking to invest some cash in a fixed rate bond and see Atom bank has the best one year fixed rate, but only through their App, anyone used this bank, bit worried as it is through an app, views please

You'd probably have more joy posting in this in the Savings and Investment thread...
No reason to fear Atom Bank simply because they're App-only. It is the way some banks are moving to cut costs (and hence why they offer higher fixed rate interest) - have used in the past and would definitely recommend/use again.0 -

FSCS protected and decent rates. I have a fixed rate account with them. No issues with it except occasionally it doesn't recognise my face. However, that's probably user error:o
