Quickrooms

Hi

Last week I booked 10 days in a hotel in Sharm el Sheikh with Quickrooms, which I have done many times before.

They always send me a confirmation by email which I print off and give to the hotel.

But I haven't received one after 5 days.

I sent 2 emails to their email address which they always answer, but I am getting Mailer-Daemon to say address not known.

Then I sent 2 messages from their website, contact us page, and they haven't replied.

I am in Egypt and yesterday rang their customer services number, and it said not available.

They have taken the money from my bank account.

Has anyone booked recently with Quickrooms and had this problem?
