Loot blocked my account over a week ago after I received a transfer in of around £3000. The first I knew was when my card got declined. I contacted support who asked for proof of where the money came from, which I sent them.
They have not replied to any of my messages in the last 3 days, they never answer the phone/Facebook and my account is still frozen. There is no complaints email address I can find on their site. Having Googled it seems I am far from the only one this has happened to.
Can anyone advise what steps I can take in order to get this sorted?
Cheers

You will need to let them finish their investigations.
If it turns out that the money came from a dodgy source you can kiss it goodbye.0
