Manhattan Plaza T2 Freeview HD box : You Tube display problems!

When viewing YT clips through a big screen projector from the Manhattan Plaza T2 Freeview HD box on RGB SCART connection, a strange trait has developed where YouTube clips viewed through the projector weirdly show on the top left of the screen in a rectangular shape!!! Looking through YT settings there is no way I can get rid of this and it is rather annoying!!! Would a retune or a complete box reset correct this, or do I need to fiddle with the box's widescreen settings? Has anybody else come across this? Please help.:)
