Cost of renovations

I know its difficult because each property is different, but I'm looking for ballpark figures for renovaring a place thats for sale.
Its a 3 bed viccy terrace with 2-story side/front extension just outside of Woking.
We want to move the bathroom from downstairs to the third bedroom and put in a loft conversion (sans en suite) to make a new third bedroom.
Can anyone help with a ballpark figures?
