Cleaning UPVC

Hi folks,

My UPVC frames are in need of a clean. I bought some UPVC solvent cleaner from Toolstation which really has shifted some stubborn stains, but there are some minor marks that it won't shift. I've tried some Cif cleaner and it seems to work but I'm reluctant to use it again as apparently it can dull the finish on the UPVC frames. I've seen UPVC cream cleaner - would that be worth buying instead, or should it be avoided?

Also, some dirt and grime seems to have found its way between the glass and rubber gasket/sealmSErxmmSErxm]20171127_230445.jpgopen?id=1PPqJHQjSodl4WxG78TQ6Nf4KPlI8fwNn. I have a nylon brush and the bristles seem to get in between the glass and seal - so again, would it be fine to keep using the brush? I don't want to risk any damage to the seal but no ill effects so far after testing on one frame.
