Person previously qualified for DLA, and a relative claimed carer's for caring for them.
In Feb the relative stopped claiming carer's because their pension started.
Since then the person did not claim for SDP even though they were entitled to.
Recently the person was assessed for PIP and awarded PIP which meant their DLA stopped.
Question- If person now applies for SDP, can they get it backdated from Feb?
