MNPR parking charge through the post

Hi can someone help please.... parked On a Sunday in private parking with ticket displayed on Monday 19th Nov... received a MNPR PArking charge through the post A WEEK later from ukcps with just photos of my rear car plate (my ticket was displayed on my dash) stating I pay £60 for not displaying a ticket... I no longer have the ticket or evidence of the ticket ... help and advice welcome please! ?

read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread near the top of this forum

from post #1 use the black text appeal template to appeal it

UKCPS will refuse the appeal and possibly refer you to the IAS

read about the IAS in the newbies thread, dont bother with them

then its ignore for 6 years unless UKCPS issue an LBC or an MCOL

so its pay up in full, or fight

and its ANPR , not MNPR

in future, keep parking ticket receipts for several months , just in case

MNPR - seems to be a euphemism for a man with a smart phone/camera taking a photo and uploading it to UKCPS.
