Hi all
First post so hopefully right place to post.
Ok so I got a Tax rebate cheque, the cheque in question is A/C payee only. The problem is my name is MR G Shaw the cheque is made out to Mr C shaw. My address everything is correct. I put cheque in and it’s due to release funds Wednesday. With this spelling mistake will it bonuce and if so when would I be informed?
Thanks for your help

If the bank accepted the cheque then it will not bounce.0

I don't think anybody has read the wording on cheques for years.

Even so, you’d think HMRC would get it right.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0
