Hi Fosterdog, it also hasn't been "delivered" though. The DPD site, using the tracking code, simply states this: Your parcel was refused as it was not required

Looking at DSR, I note that it is illegal to charge a re-stocking fee (unless it is B2B), and also illegal to charge a return postage unless it is clearly stated in your returns policy.

Thanks Gleeful, I was totally unaware that this was how paypal operated. This will probably explain why the seller was happy for me to refuse delivery.

I guess at this stage, all I can do is "see how it goes" - I have initiated a claim.

I would never assume a price match otherwise anyone could find some random site offering XYZ for 50% less and not have any stock, so I think it is only sensible to check first.

Shaka, that's possible, yes, but not when I sent them the url of the site and exact pages where they were cheaper. They didn't disagree that it was cheaper at this other vendor, simply that they would not match a black friday sale price.

Also, I have been vaping for just as long, if not longer, and I and many other have come across this site, especially on the ukvapers forum.
