Hi!
Just a quick warning if you want to buy something on buyspares:
I ordered a replacement thermostat for my fridge last month. The delivery was fast, nothing to complain about.
At first I noticed it didn't look very new and after further inspection I noticed traces of screwdrivers in different places. Even the sticker was worn out.
I searched on their website, and it turns out they don't actually specify the parts are brand new. But they don't make it clear they are second hand either. Anyway, as long as it works...
Well that's where it fell short: After replacing the thermostat it had pretty much the same defect as the one I was replacing: kicking on a 10C and kicking off at -2C. That's definitely well worn and no longer safe for a fridge
So I contacted the customer service asking for a replacement. They told me they don't do replacement, only refund.
So I went for a refund. But they still charged me for the postage!!! It's not my fault if they don't check their parts are working properly!
Last straw: I wrote a review on their website. Turns out my review was moderated, excuse being: "it did not meet all our website guidelines.".
So be aware of their practice.

I'm very surprised to hear this, I have bought tumble dryer thermostats several times from them, they have always been brand new in sealed packs, delivered very quickly and at a good price. I think you must have been unlucky, and your bad experience shouldn't put off anyone else from using them.0
