Something of a renovation beginner 😀
In the midst of a 30sq m garage replacement single storey extension with flat roof
Carpenter has put in new joists ,celotex 150 insulation , ply etc ready for roofer
Roofer has quoted £1500 CASH for a triple layered finish inc materials ( he has allowed for soffit , facial and guttering
Although in the South of England I appreciate Labour is expensive - is £50 Sq metre a fair price for the above?
