Asda Credit Card 1st Statment HELP

Hi I joined Asda credit card, After activation used my card for 1st purchase on (23 NOV) Then received my 1st Statement 3 days later on (25 Nov) My first point is that minimum payment due on (13 Dec) which is only 20 days from my purchase date, But my main confusion is that tMy Online account manage says Balance and then Minimum Payment due £ ZERO?? So statement says I'm due to make a payment but account manager says no minimum payment due yet?? Confused

Is the purchase shown on the statement, rather than just on the account, if it's not been processed before the statement date then it will become due for payment on the next statement which might explain the fact that no minimum payment is shown.

If you're concerned then probably best to ring them to confirm.

Just checked the statement and is only shows a summary, New Transactions £xx New Balance £xx Payment due date 13 December Minimum Payment £xx But as I said online manager is Balance £ xx Minimum payment £ ZERO, Thank you for your reply, Yes I will have to call to double check everything

Just to clarify the purchases do show on the statement and do show online account, but statement says payment due and online zero payment due

I think it's an error my ASDA online is showing Zero payment but the statements states £5. You need to make your payment or they will charge you!

I think the ASDA online dashboard is very poorly laid out compared to other CC online dashboards

I get a email summary which is much clearer to read whats owed

Also even with direct faster payments it takes a long time to record your payment online

I don't have the Asda credit card but Asda is so slow at taking the money from mo account when I pay for my shopping (online). They are taking it over 2 weeks later sometimes.

Yes I agree the online dashboard and account manager is terrible compared to other credit cards:( Once payment is made (debit card) how long does it take to show online in the account manager ?

Does the Asda online account for the credit card have an option to download statement data in a format that Microsoft Money can read (e.g. OFX, OFC, QIF). Thank you :-D
