Hey guys, my partner turns 30 in a few weeks and I want to do something special but for the first time fresh out of ideas as we now have a little on to consider (9 months old). What I want to do is plan a weekend away, 2 nights in some kind of serviced apartment. I want it to be us and around 5 other family members in the same building (ideally with or close to spa facilities) where we can cook our own food.
Any ideas?

So she'll still be cooking/washing up on her birthday?
Get to a hotel and don't be so tight.0 -
If you were my husband you would get brownie points for:
1. planning something.
2. doing it.
3. any form of luxury/special treatment (spa or hotel).
4. having a bit of time away from the beloved child (spa or dinner).
What part of the country are you in and how far do you want to travel?0 -

Forgot to add, we are very near the M25 and look for somewhere that's not going to be more than a 2 hour drive so I was initially looking at places in Berskhire, Hampshire and Kent but can't find anything. Always have hit the 4 point above in previous birthdays but on this one I have been so busy it has snuck up on me. Thanks for your response by the way.0 -

What makes you think the partner will be doing that and not the OP? Making a few presumptions there. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
