Watch Scam?

I've recently bought a "free" watch from a site called Glazed Watches, with only a charge for postage and packing. I ordered it on 3rd November and no sign of it.
Have I been had? Is anyone else familiar with this company or been in a similar situation when ordering a "free" watch from an online company? I found out them via a twitter advert.

yet another online company with no contact address or telephone number. and "giving" away watches....
unless postage and packing is pennies why would you even try to order one0 -
How much was the postage ?
Why on earth order one, an add on Twitter and like Facebook isn't really to be trusted.0 -

Ticking clock and Shopify?
It’s dropshipping0 -
The watch will be worth about 50p - the scam is getting people to overpay for "postage and packing". Sorry.0

The website has all the hallmarks of a scam one too. Sadly, people's greed getting the better of common sense.0

From their website
How long does shipping take?
We ship orders out within 24 hours of your order. Usually most orders will arrive within nineteen days of processing period. Some international orders will take up to 3/5 weeks to arrive.
My boldIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

Looking at the flagship on that site ($220 watch) it's a Vietnamese manufacturer charging about £9 so for $20 you'll probably get your watch in a month or more and it'll be worth $20-odd and be good enough value for it, especially of you don't get hit for import duty0
