Ricoh Arena Parking Charge

Hi all,
Firstly please forgive my naivety of the terms and process used in forums. I have read the newbies topic and I am still a little unsure how to go about my appeal.
Here is a little background to why i want to appeal (along with the cost). This will be the 5th time (yes 5th) that park watch have issued a parking charge of £100 since 2016. Previous appeals have failed, even with the usual 'signage' issues etc highlighted.......
I over stayed my welcome on the site by 15 minutes (5 hour stay) so they issued the notice.
Am i correct in thinking my first appeal should be the letter posted on the newbie page around signage etc?
I also feel £100 is not reprobative of a loss of £100 to the landowner, is it worth including that as well?
Once again, sorry for my naivety, any help would be great,
:beer::T

The Newbies FAQ thread has a template to use for your initial appeal. Send it as is
Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving.
You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving
The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you
If you have inadvertently used your real name as your forum name you need to get MSE to change it to something anonymous0 -
Sounds like your case is similar to Beavis, so you’re on to a loser if you complain about the fine amount.
If you have been done five previous times your risking becoming a target for legal action. I suggest you park elsewhere so they can’t try it on with you any more.If you were not the driver write to the parking firm and tell them who was so they CANNOT hold you liable. The person who was driving the car is responsible so let them deal with it. Not you! Don’t let people with an agenda tell you otherwise.0 -
Hi all,
I have taken your advice and avoided posting on this thread..... However, I have posted two new topics for guidance, which no one has replied haha! Is there anyone willing to help?
Thank you0 -

One back in August on someone else's thread.
One two days ago where you had two responses within three hours of starting the thread. You appear not to have seen those replies.
And this post - where you know you shouldn't post.
Where's the 'two new topics' where no-one has replied?0 -

I have moved your post from the 'no posting' thread.
Have you read post 2 that responded to your post here and have you read the newbies thread? Start there, that should explain things and then ask if you have any specific questions.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
