Group sent wrong goods twice

Hi
I ordered a cuddly toy as an Xmas present for my granddaughter from Groupon and they sent a board game instead. I complained and they refunded and said I could keep the game. I asked to reorder and specifically asked them to assure me that I would not be sent the boardgame again (I've kept the chat transcript) and I needed the gift before Xmas. .
Yesterday I received another board game. Groupon say that I need to send the game back. To do that I need to print a label, package up the game and take to the post office.
I have no toner in my printer and a replacement costs around £60 which I don't want to spend at the moment, I also live in a rural location so will have to drive some miles to send the parcel. I am retired and do not venture very far during the normal week.
Am I within my rights to insist that they arrange for collection of the game?
I read this on a BBC website but cannot find any other guides to consumer rights that confirms....
"If items are sent to you by mistake, you will need to contact whoever sent them and ask them to collect the goods.
That shouldn't cost you anything or inconvenience you in any way. You should also give the company a reasonable deadline to collect the items."
Thank you

Tell them to send you a pre paid label through the post.
Couriers can collect from your house0 -
I will do that. I think I made the mistake of telling them I want to close my account after this is sorted!0
